Same day delivery from Monday to Friday is possible so long as the order is placed before 12.30pm AEST. Try calling us if you miss the cut off time.

Delivery Policy

If the recipient is not home to receive your gift, the delivery driver will use their discretion to determine if it’s safe to be left at the front door or close by.

In the event that they are not able to leave it in a safe place, the order will be returned to us with the delivery driver leaving a note in the letterbox stating the circumstances. The recipient will then be contacted to organise re-delivery providing you provided the contact phone number.
